YOU
Professional Architecture degree from an accredited University
3-5 years of post-graduate, professional firm experience
Project typology experience in mixed-use, education, hospitality, and corporate environments
Expertise in Revit, SketchUp, and real-time renderers.
Proficiency in Office, Adobe Suite (Photoshop and InDesign min.)
Strong design and graphics skills
Knowledge of space programming, contract documents (including detailing, specifications, production management, design production), and contract administration
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with various levels of individuals including clients, consultants, and architects
Ability to juggle multiple tasks, collaborate on large or small teams and work to deadlines
Registration and LEED accreditation is a plus
